The solutions I offer are not locked to a single format, and I will use the best tool for the job based on the needs of the audience. Whether that’s a web page or print manual, JSON or XML, Swagger or Sphinx, as long as there’s content to shape and structure to organize, I am in good company.
My method is informed by over eight years experience writing cybersec and devops documentation for top technology companies like Microsoft and VMware, along with frequent contributions to open source projects involving cloud computing and machine learning.
